These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order through the Barter Connect marketplace. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase goods or services from the selling member at the listed price. The order is not final until the seller accepts it.
2. Payment & Trade Baht
If your order is accepted, the total order amount (including shipping where applicable) will be deducted from your Barter Connect account in Trade Baht (TB). You authorise Barter Connect to debit your account when the seller accepts the order.
3. Fulfilment
The selling member is responsible for supplying the product or service as described. Delivery times and methods may vary by seller and product type.
4. Cancellations & disputes
If there is a problem with your order, contact your Business Development Manager or Barter Connect support. Refunds or adjustments will be handled in accordance with Barter Connect policies and any applicable agreement between the parties.
5. Changes
Barter Connect may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
